    Here’s what I had tonight for dessert, all mixed together: walnut pieces Fermented Really Raw Honey Nutiva Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil cinnamon ground flax seeds somewhat sour frozen blueberries I’d been wondering how best to eat the somewhat too sour blueberries, and now I’ve found the answer.  It was almost too sweet, but really good.
